The last week of 2025, Bruce, Doug, and Willow went back into the woods for one last search of the year, with low hopes of searching for something or someone they would find their friend Johnny. They took him back to Bruce's house, and while Johnny was telling them what happened,d Darrel interupted the conversation and tried to attack Bruce. The group would convince Darrel to go on a search with them into the woods to look for Maverick and Blair. While meeting up at the park, they would meet Page, who is a new student at River Creek High School. She would join them in the woods to help with their search and to conduct her own search, as she was looking for her stepbrother, Frederick. They found Frederick, but before they could continue their search, Darrel decided he had enough and wanted to ditch them. Bruce aggravated him, and Darrel pushed Bruce down, which led to a fight breaking out. Willow was the only one able to stop the two from fighting, and after they left the woods.
